Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. Due to our commitment to speed and the use of Priority Express services, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee that guarantees your order is prioritized in the courier’s network.

5. Shipping Restrictions and International Orders

  • Domestic (USA): We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO), though delivery times to military addresses may exceed the standard 48-hour window.
  • International: International shipping is available; however, the 24-48 hour delivery guarantee applies only to domestic orders. International transit times vary based on the destination country’s customs procedures.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Skye Peptides is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at sales@skyepeptides.us.com before the 12:00 PM Pacific cut-off.

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Goods: If your vials arrive broken, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office or building management before contacting our support team.
