At Skye Peptides, we stand behind the quality and purity of our products. We recognize that precision is vital to your research. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day window for returns and refunds under the following terms.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the tracking number) to initiate a return or request a refund. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept requests made after this 7-day period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain our strict quality control and vacuum-seal standards, the following conditions apply:

  • Unopened Products: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with the vacuum seal intact.
  • Research Integrity: Once a vial has been reconstituted or the flip-top cap has been removed, it is no longer eligible for return due to the risk of contamination and degradation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase from skyepeptides.us.com is required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass) or if there is a verified quality issue:

  • Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photographic evidence of the damage or the specific batch issue.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of the research community and to prevent cross-contamination, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been stored improperly (exposed to extreme heat or light).
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

6. Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sale@skyepeptides.us.com.

  • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/defective), the researcher is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Transparency and Honesty

In line with our commitment to radical transparency, if you have an issue with the analytical results of a specific batch (e.g., your independent lab test contradicts our COA), please contact us immediately. We prioritize scientific accuracy and will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a full refund or batch replacement regardless of the 7-day window.
